配送ポリシー

We ship all orders via Japan Post EMS or DHL, a tracked international shipping service with delivery confirmation. Each order is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment. Once the parcel is accepted by the carrier, tracking information is provided to the customer. If a customer reports an issue during transit or upon delivery, we cooperate fully with the shipping carrier's investigation.
