Are items authentic?
Yes, at In Vintage we guarantee authenticity on every item we sell. Our team has extensive experience in the luxury industry, we check and authenticate each item.
We offer all customers a 100% lifetime authenticity guarantee on every item we sell, for that extra piece of mind.
Do items come with box or authenticity cards,papers,etc?
It is rare for vintage items to come with their original dust-bags, packaging, and authenticity information, as it does depend on their previous owners and how items are stored and cared for over time.
Occasionally our items do come with their original boxes, dust bags, tags, authenticity cards or purchase receipts. Please check the product description which will confirm exactly what the item comes with.

I would like a vintage items that is not on your website,can you source items?
Yes! We do provide a sourcing service at no extra cost. Please contact us and send us more details and we will try our upmost to source you your dream vintage item. We do ask that you only contact us for this service, should you be sure and have the funds to make the purchase, as a lot of effort and time goes into vintage sourcing.
As the nature of vintage fashion can be very exclusive, it may not always be possible to find specific items on the vintage resale market.
Do i have to pay import tax/customs fees?
Items are shipped from the japan and may be subject to import taxes and customs duties on the import of items. Please ensure to check the rates for your country as this is your responsibility. Payment is collected by the shipping carrier at delivery, we have no control or involvement with this.
In Vintage is not liable for any delays with orders because of custom clearances or issues at the destination.
How long does delivery take?And the shipping fee?
We use japan ems as our delivery couriers which are both next day services. Delivery to the japan is 1 working day and is fully tracked and insured. We provide full tracking information via email.
Free international shipping for Instagram followers on orders over 200,000 JPY. A flat shipping fee of 5,000 JPY applies to all countries for packages under 2kg.
If I have a friend in Tokyo, can I ask them to pick it up from the store for me？
After payment, please collect the item within 7 days. Your friend may also come to the store to make the payment and pick it up for you.We also ship within Japan. Domestic shipping fee is 1,000 JPY.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved items, returns or exchanges are not accepted. If there is a problem with your purchase, it is crucial that you contact us immediately when you receive your order and we will always try to resolve this. any issues brought to light after 2 working days of delivery, may not be subject to our quality guarantee.
